Reece Oleson

Reece Oleson helps clients bring clarity and structure to even the most complex financial decisions. As Director of Financial Planning, he oversees the development and execution of comprehensive planning strategies — ensuring each client’s plan is thoughtfully designed, carefully implemented and aligned with their long-term goals.

Reece believes that effective financial planning is both highly technical and deeply personal. He works closely with advisors and planning specialists to ensure every client receives a tailored experience — one that reflects their unique priorities, values and vision for the future. Whether guiding retirement income strategies, supporting business owners through transitions or coordinating multi-generational planning, Reece is committed to helping clients move forward with confidence.

With a passion for continuous growth and excellence, Reece has built a broad and well-rounded skillset across key areas of financial planning. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2013, followed by the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation in 2019 and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®) credential in 2022. This combination allows him to support clients across a wide range of planning needs — from retirement income strategies to business succession and long-term legacy planning.

Reece takes pride in being part of a team that consistently puts clients first. He values collaboration, precision and thoughtful execution — ensuring that each financial plan not only works on paper, but supports real-life decisions and meaningful outcomes.

Reece and his wife, Andrea, live in Des Moines with their two daughters. As a family, they enjoy spending time together in the kitchen, creating and experimenting with new recipes.

Each summer, they make it a priority to travel to a new destination — embracing opportunities to explore, learn and create lasting memories together.
