Brittney Strader supports the client experience at Gilbert & Cook with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and a genuine passion for serving others. As a Relationship Manager, she works closely alongside advisors to support client relationships, coordinate important details, and help ensure every interaction reflects the firm's commitment to care and exceptional service.

Brittney began her career at Gilbert & Cook as a Financial Service Associate, where she quickly developed a strong understanding of the client experience and the importance of thoughtful, responsive support. Through her dedication to growth, teamwork, and serving clients well, she transitioned into the role of Relationship Manager - allowing her to continue building meaningful relationships while supporting clients through each step of their financial journey.

Prior to joining Gilbert & Cook, Brittney gained valuable experience as a personal banker, further strengthening her ability to support clients with professionalism, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset. She is passionate about continuous learning and takes pride in contributing to a client experience that is reliable, personal, and aligned with the firm's commitment to helping clients Live a Life of Abundance®.

Brittney believes strongly in giving back and making a positive impact in the community. She has volunteered her time supporting organizations and initiatives including a local women's shelter, Junior Achievement, and community food drives. Her dedication to service has also been recognized through being named Volunteer of the Month in Norwalk.

Originally from Allerton, Iowa, Brittney stays closely connected to her roots and enjoys visiting family whenever she can. Now living in West Des Moines, she enjoys spending time outdoors on local trails with her dog, Penny. In her free time, Brittney enjoys trying new experiences - including axe throwing at Ironside Axe Club - as well as baking treats, making pottery, and sharing her creativity with friends and family.
