She is passionate about helping clients feel supported, organized and confident in their financial lives — ensuring that each interaction is seamless, responsive and grounded in genuine care.

Leah’s path to financial services is rooted in her entrepreneurial experience. Prior to joining Gilbert & Cook, she spent a decade building and running a successful handmade children’s clothing business. Through that experience, she developed a deep appreciation for client relationships, operational excellence and the importance of delivering a personalized experience — skills she now brings to her work with clients and the advisory team.

Inspired by a growing interest in personal finance and a desire to make a meaningful impact, Leah transitioned into the financial services industry with a clear purpose: to help others navigate their financial lives with clarity and confidence. Today, she supports clients with the same creativity, dedication and attention to detail that fueled her entrepreneurial success.

Leah takes pride in being a reliable and thoughtful partner to both clients and colleagues, helping coordinate the many moving pieces of the financial planning process so clients can focus on what matters most.

Outside of work, Leah is a proud and busy mom of five active children and spends much of her time cheering them on at their sporting events. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and caring for her ever-growing collection of plants.
