As a Financial Service Associate, she works alongside the team to assist with client needs and contribute to a seamless, well-coordinated experience.

Noel takes pride in building authentic relationships and creating meaningful interactions with clients. She is driven to continually grow her knowledge and apply it in ways that support each client’s unique situation — meeting people where they are and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Prior to joining Gilbert & Cook in 2025, Noel spent 12 years in retail management, where she developed a strong foundation in customer care, communication and leadership. That experience continues to shape her people-first approach and dedication to delivering a positive client experience.

Noel and her husband, Phil, live in Des Moines with their two children. She enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors — whether gardening, running or simply enjoying time with family and friends.
