Tristen Lyddon plays a key role in creating the thoughtful, high-touch experience clients expect at Gilbert & Cook. As a Client Service Associate, she is often one of the first points of connection — welcoming clients and guests with warmth and ensuring each interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to care and hospitality.
In addition to her front-facing role, Tristen is an important part of the Client Experience Team, helping plan events and special touches that elevate the client experience. From curated gatherings to the small details that make a lasting impression, she contributes to creating a white-glove experience that feels both intentional and personal.
Tristen brings a strong background in customer service and event coordination to her role. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Enterprise Leadership and a certificate in Event Management, she returned to the Des Moines area and began her career in recruitment. Her ability to connect with others, paired with her attention to detail, allows her to create an environment where clients feel welcomed, valued and cared for.
She approaches her work with positive energy and enthusiasm, believing that even the smallest interactions can make a meaningful difference. To Tristen, abundance is about creating an uplifting environment — one where people feel supported, appreciated and genuinely welcomed.
A Des Moines native, Tristen enjoys spending time with friends and staying engaged in the local community. In her free time, she loves baking a variety of sweet treats and testing her knowledge at trivia nights around town.
