As Director of Operations, Amy works with the experienced team of professionals at Gilbert & Cook to deliver the high level of client service and the relationship management experience clients appreciate.

Amy brings 30+ years of experience in the financial services industry serving private wealth management and institutional clients. She has built a diverse background with experience in client relationship management, business development, and operational infrastructure in various leadership roles. Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Graceland University.

Amy and her husband Jim live in Indianola as well as their adult children and grandchildren. Amy stays very active outside of the office spending time with and hosting family and friends, golfing (for fun not competitively), and acting as a volunteer board member for the non-profit organization Dobbers Up and the City of Indianola.
