Noel became a valued member of the Gilbert & Cook team in 2025, stepping into the role of Financial Service Associate. With a deep passion for helping others, she’s continually driven to expand her knowledge and apply it in meaningful ways to support clients. Prior to joining the Gilbert & Cook team, Noel worked in retail management for 12 years and has developed a passion for working with people in different capacities. An area of focus for her has always been to meet people where they are, especially when it comes to serving others. 

Noel is proud to be able to support building both genuine relationships and unique experiences with clients.

Outside the office, Noel and her husband Phil live in Des Moines with their two children. She enjoys gardening, running, anything that involves being outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends.
